Congrats to Candy and Jeremy!

I am so happy for Candy and Jeremy on the engagement! I am so happy for you guys! We love you both!

Happy Easter!

What a great weekend. Friday night we went to Kelly and Steves for dinner. We spent a long time at the park and then grilled out. Joe, Julie, Danielle and Jason also came over. It was a nice night and we had so much fun hanging out with everyone.
Saturday morning we got up and then headed over to my moms for Easter with my moms side of the family. It was beautiful outside. We spent most of the day playing yard games.
After we left my moms house, we headed home and spent even more time outside. We had a bonfire with our nieghbors and a few of their friends. Kelly and Steve also came over. It was so much fun. We can't wait to do it again.
Sunday morning we woke up and had our Easter at home. Then we headed to my dads house. Once we got there we had a little easter hunt for Trevor. When he was done finding eggs it was time to take a nap. We relaxed and visited with everyone for a little bit, then it was time to eat. It was sooo good. Turkey, Potatoes, gravy, stuffing, rolls. YUMMY!
When we got home we played with our playdoh and then played some hide and seek.
Overall, it was such a great weekend.

Another crazy weekend!

Our weekends are going to start flying by.
Friday night Kelly and Steve came over for a little bonfire and then we played some cards. I had to get up early Saturday morning.
Saturday I met Jen and we went and did some shopping. It was so nice to spend some time together without the kids or the hubbys. We were saying that we need to do it more often!
Saturday night we had our bowling banquet. I am so glad that it is finally done. We have a great time with Danielle and Jason and spending a night with adults, but it gets to be a long season.
Sunday morning we woke up and cleaned and went tanning (getting ready for our Jamaica trip!). Then we went to pick Trevs up at my dads house. We then headed to the Dunlaps for TJ's first birthday party. It's amazing how fast these kids grow!!! I just can't believe that he is already 1 and that my little man will be 2 in June. YIKES!
After the birthday party we headed to my moms for a Spaghetti dinner. It was so delicious!!

Enjoying a nice Sunday!

Today Auntie Kelly, Auntie Nicole, Trevor and I went to Midwest kids Fest. It was kind of interesting. After that we came home and just had a nice day outside. It was a little windy, but we enjoyed it.

After we got home from the Kids festival we put Trevor down for a nap.... that he wanted nothing to do with. He wanted to be outside. So, after about 20 minutes listening to him play in his room, I went upstairs to get him.

After we came in to eat dinner Trevor was pooped. He climbed up on Daddys chair and relaxed.

We'll miss you Grandma

It's been a tough few days for us. We got the news on Sunday night that my Grandma Betty had passed away. She has been fighting cancer for quite a while and god decided to take her into his hands. She will be greatly missed by all of us.

" God saw that she was getting tired and a cure was not to be; so he put his arms around her and whispered come with me. With tearful eyes we watched her suffer and saw her fade away. Although we loved her dearly we could not make her stay. A golden heart stopped beating and working hands put to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the best."

CONGRATS TO THE HENRYS!!

We are so excited to hear that the Henriksens are expecting!! We are so happy and excited for you guys. I'm so excited that I can finally post this!! :-)
